The panellists:
Dr Inderjit Singh is a retired medical practitioner. He did his MBBS at Medical College Amritsar in 1971 and FRCS in UK in 1979. Dr Singh worked in the NHS for more than thirty years as a General Practitioner in Drumchapel, Glasgow and as an ENT specialist at Hairmres Hospital, East Kilbride. Dr. Singh’s wife is a retired teacher. They have two children and five grandchildren, all live in Glasgow which has been Dr. Singh’s adopted home since last thirty years. Dr. Singh is an Executive Member and Trustee at Central Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Berkeley St Glasgow. He is also a Director at Interfaith Scotland representing Sikh Community.
Dr Veena Bali Dhillon MA MD FRCP- was born in Leicester. She has had medical training at Cambridge and London Universities. Dr Dhillon practised hospital medicine including molecular biology research in London, then Cambridge. She was a consultant rheumatologist/honorary senior lecturer in Edinburgh 1997-2018. Dr Dhillon is currently giving her to time to a Covid-19 vaccinator programme in the Scottish Borders.
